The hotel is located near the park at the top of the hill, offering a beautiful view. It is also close enough to everything, with many shopping streets and touristic spots just a few minutes away on foot. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with a modern touch. This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as plush bathrobes and slippers. the room was spacious and comforting. In-room dining was efficient and fast. The helpful staff assisted me in finding a nearby public clinic and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Cons: the concierge could have been a bit more polite when refusing to lend umbrellas due to heavy rain. this was a minor issue compared to the overall wonderful experience of this hotel.

The bar personnel were friendly and professional. The bar facilities were good, and they even offered tea/coffee with a cake. The location of the hotel was excellent, being within walking distance of most main attractions in the city.
The hotel lacked a proper restaurant for dinner, instead offering a room for a burger and a beer. The breakfast options were limited, with only scrambled eggs available and terrible sausages.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel offered a helpful map at reception and the staff pointed out popular places to visit. The key location of the hotel was also a great advantage, as I was able to walk to both Termini Station and the Trevi Fountain in just 15 minutes. the room was spacious enough for my needs.
I was disappointed with the breakfast at the hotel. The selection was not very excellent and I found it to be too sweet for my liking.

The terrace for breakfast was lovely, and the large bathroom was impressive. The staff were professional and attentive, upgrading us to a spacious suite.
